In
the YogiBarra® practice, the yogi is guided through a series
of ASANAs or poses that are intended to calm the mind,
body and spirits(s). Each ASANA represents a
different stage of SPIRITSUAL enlightenment and leads you
to the next level of your practice.
The
ASANAs are listed below in order of their practice, however,
as your practice grows, you will
be able to add in more and more poses prior to the final relaxation
pose or Savasana.
